Project: Transformation of a Single-Family House in Sanem

We supported a young family in obtaining a building permit for the complete renovation and transformation of a single-family home in Sanem. The house was reimagined from the ground up — its architecture and interior layout entirely redesigned to create a bright, functional space suited to modern family life, including three children’s bedrooms. This comprehensive intervention not only reshaped the spatial organization but also delivered a substantial improvement in energy efficiency, comfort, and overall living quality — turning an outdated structure into a contemporary, sustainable home.
